A dry herb with a watery and alcoholic extract from the Labiatea (Lamiacea) family. Active Substances Marrubiin Terpenoids, Aromatic Oils, Camphor, Pinocaphone, Thujone, Linalool, Borneol, Flavonoids, Tannins 8%. Qualities Antiseptic, Astringent, Carminative, Diaphoretic, Expectorant, Pectoral, Stimulant, Vasodilator, Antibacterial, Antifungal, Antiparasite, Antitussive, Repellent Uses Since the 19th Century, known in the United States as affective in treating muscle and joint pains in conjunction with formulas from the Pharmacopoeia of medicinal herbs. It is known as a treatment for complex skin problems, benign skin tumors, wounds, fungus and infections.
